Payment Option for Non-PayPal Users
We consider PayPal to be a safe and secure option for any online payments. On this site the use PayPal allows the immediate access to our online products. If you own a creditcard, you do not even need a PayPal account to make a payment.
We do however respect and honor customers that do not own or wish to use their creditcard for online transactions. Currently we are looking into the possibility to add other payment options to our website.
In the mean time we offer our European Customers the option to pay directly into our Bank Account. On receipt of your payment we will send you the link to the ordered product as soon as possible. Payment within Europe is free of cost between most countries when using the SHA-option (Shared Cost).
At the time of your payment please include the name of the product you have ordered. For faster handling it is important to inform us of your order by using the contact form on this site. Payment through your Bank will normally take between 3 and 5 days.
After the payment has shown up in your account please send us an email at shop@rosendahlhuber.net containing (a) the product you bought (b) your Full Name (c) your accountnumber. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your order and send out the product to you.
If you did not receive your digital product by then please contact us through this website so that we may correct the error.
